Returns Accepted by FoxMind Canada

Return of Unopened Items: We accept returns of new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs for returned undamaged items.

Replacement or Shipment of Damaged or Missing Parts: If a part of a product is defective, damaged, or missing, please contact us for replacement. If eligible for exchange, we will send a new item to the original shipping address.

Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning non-defective items. We are not liable for losses or damages during transportation.
